Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: July 1, 2026

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation procedures for services provided by RepairYourTV.in (operated by Singh Electronics Sales and Service).

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Technician Dispatch: You may cancel your service request without any charges if the technician has not yet been dispatched to your location. Please call us at +91 89990 27626 to cancel.
  • After Technician Dispatch / Upon Arrival: If you cancel the service after the technician has arrived at your location, a nominal inspection/visiting fee will be charged to cover travel and time.
  • During Diagnosis: If you choose not to proceed with the repair after the technician has diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate, only the inspection fee is payable.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our repair services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Inspection Fees: Inspection fees are strictly non-refundable once the technician has visited your premises and diagnosed the device.
  • Failed Repairs: If we are unable to repair your television after taking it to our workshop or ordering specific parts, we will refund any advance amount paid, deducting only the standard inspection fee.
  • Warranty Claims: If a repaired part fails within the warranty period (subject to our Warranty Policy) and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a replacement, a partial or full refund for the repair cost may be issued at the discretion of Singh Electronics Sales and Service.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, or card reversal).
