These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Singh Electronics Sales and Service, operating as RepairYourTV.in ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Independent Repair Business

RepairYourTV.in is operated by Singh Electronics Sales and Service, an independent TV repair business. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung, Sony, LG, Xiaomi, Panasonic, TCL, Vu, OnePlus, or any other television manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

2. Service Estimates and Inspection Charges

We offer a preliminary estimate based on your description of the issue. A definitive quote is provided only after a physical inspection by our technician. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis, a nominal inspection fee will apply to cover the technician's visit and diagnostic time. If you approve the repair, this inspection fee is waived.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the technician's visit.
  • Provide a safe and accessible working environment for the technician.
  • Ensure all pets and children are kept away from the repair area.

4. Repair Limitations

While we strive to repair all televisions, some issues may be irreparable due to severe physical damage, liquid damage, or unavailability of replacement parts. In such cases, only the inspection fee will apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair or diagnosis. We accept Cash, UPI, and major Credit/Debit Cards. Parts will remain the property of Singh Electronics Sales and Service until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Singh Electronics Sales and Service is not liable for any pre-existing damages, unrelated failures that occur post-repair, or data loss on smart TVs. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
