At RepairYourTV.in (operated by Singh Electronics Sales and Service), we stand by the quality of our independent repair services. We provide a post-repair warranty on specific parts and services as outlined below.

1. Warranty Duration and Coverage

  • Standard Warranty: Most hardware repairs and part replacements carry a limited warranty period of up to 3 months, unless otherwise specified on your final invoice.
  • Coverage: The warranty exclusively covers the specific component replaced or the specific circuit repaired by our technician (e.g., if we replace the backlight, the warranty covers only the backlight).

2. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following conditions:

  • Accidental & Physical Damage: Any physical breakage, dropping, or impact to the TV, including panel/screen breakage occurring after the repair.
  • Liquid Damage: Water, moisture, or any liquid spills on or inside the television.
  • Electrical Surges/Voltage Fluctuations: Damage caused by electrical surges, lightning strikes, or improper voltage.
  • Misuse or Tampering: If the TV is misused, opened, serviced, or modified by the customer or any other third-party technician after our repair.
  • Unrelated Future Faults: Failure of components that were not repaired or replaced by us (e.g., if we repair the power supply, a subsequent motherboard failure is not covered).

3. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via phone (+91 89990 27626) or WhatsApp as soon as you notice the issue.
  2. Provide your name, contact number, and the original invoice number provided at the time of repair.
  3. A technician will be scheduled to visit and inspect the television.
  4. If the issue is due to a defect in materials or workmanship on the repaired part, Singh Electronics Sales and Service will repair or replace the part at no additional charge.

4. Business Responsibilities

If the part cannot be replaced or repaired successfully under a valid warranty claim, a partial or full refund of the repair cost will be provided at our discretion.
